Conditions

As working and living in a foreign culture is quite demanding, the NEM requires the candidates to meet the following conditions:
 

• Not younger than 21
• Evidence of a stable Christian life and active membership of a church or fellowship
• A practical and flexible, can-do attitude
• Several years of employment experience
• Agree to a minimum mission term of one year
• Commitment to the vision and purposes of NEM
  Read document vision and values NEM
• Prepared to follow NEM's preparation courses
